Early demo with several fixes and the new mechanic


WEll. this is not exactly the best but i want to show what is the purpose of doing what you are doing in the game

so i came up with this day system, which is still very green but i'm working to fix it

You go to work, and it makes time pass, right? so, every 24 hours you will have to check the status of Max and Little Bobby Jr.

why do i keep calling Little Bobby Junior, Little Bobby Junior? and not like his initials?

we will never know.


Featuring:

* sound efects:

added some stuff yesterday. there is still missing some sound but it's better.

* A new ending screen (placeholder) for current family stats.

* bugfixing : 

  • it's still pretty uncertain what should the maximum amounts of hunger should be. Now it's unlimited. or capped to some value i don't remember. BUT HEY! it's tested and it is fun, so try it and please leave a comment of what you think
  • i changed a little the colors for the buttons & corrected the button sizes
  • Fixed Little Bobby Junior's avatar. Now it is related to his health (and sadness).. (i fixed the skull on 100% hlth)
  • Fix: Food bags and Max's plate are now the correct representation of your current resources




Future: 

* a random event mechanic, that forces the player to be more aware of his cash count
